This spring, we welcomed 5 talented emerging creatives onto our team as apprentices & interns. Over the course of a year, they will receive 500-1,000+ hours of on the job training and professional skills building. To support all 15 older youth on our staff, during the month of May we’re raising $35,000 towards their summer wages. We believe strongly that young people, like Aleeia and Brandon (pictured above) should be equitably paid for their time and talents.
Our young content creators are eager to spotlight community organizations and social impact initiatives that address issues including mental health, food security, arts impact and police reform, as they build their portfolios and broaden their educational experiences. They are ready to develop new client pitches, lead casting calls, produce videos, refine design campaigns, and grow their own businesses.
